Thailand’s premier annual guitar event
bringing together the world's greatest guitar artists in concerts and workshops
The Bangkok Guitar Fiesta 2012 will continue to inspire the audiences in Thailand by presenting the world’s greatest guitar artists of the highest international quality to Thailand.
Through a range of programing experiences, this year’s Fiesta features Guitar Tapping Sensation VITALY MAKUKIN from Ukraine, Germany’s foremost BACH Guitarist FRANK BUNGARTEN and Spain’s Contemporary Flamenco Duo 12 CUERDAS in concerts and workshops. Presented by AMI Events, the event will take place from Friday 3 to Sunday 5 February 2012 at the Small Hall of the Thailand Cultural Centre.
“This year’s Fiesta welcomes some of the most prestigious names in the guitar world. With their virtuosity, musicianship and creativity the audience will take away many valuable experiences from the concerts and the workshops. The heart of what we do is a drive to stimulate our audiences’ imagination to open up the possibilities of what a guitar can be.” Hucky Eichelmann says, Artistic Director of the Bangkok Guitar Fiesta.

The event was initiated and is being organized by AMI Events, Thailand's premium quality arts promoter, with the aim to present world class guitar culture and entertainment as well as prime musical education to help develop the Thai music scene.
